  • Description:
    • There are (2) Two, four-story, multi-family structures and all associated site work. 
      
      The 46 unit project will be financed using 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) awarded by
      Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.
      
      The 112 unit project will be financed
      using 4% LIHTCs and other State and County debt.
      
      Davis Bacon Wage Scale WILL be required for the
      112 unit project.
      
      Please provide pricing without Davis Bacon Wage Scale for the 46 unit project with an add alternate price to
      include Davis Bacon Wages. 
      
      The financial closing and construction start for the 46  unit project is anticipated to occur April 15, 2021. While we aim to start construction of both projects  concurrently, for the purposes of this bid, please assume the financial closing and construction start of the  112 unit project may start up to three months after the 46 unit project. Both projects will be awarded to  the same bidder.
