  • Description:
    • The 1.25 million-square-foot second phase, which broke ground in March.
      Phase 2 will include three office buildings — one anchored by the law firm of Williams & Connolly — 235 apartments, a Pendry hotel, a trophy condo building designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, and a host of additional retail and restaurants. It is expected to deliver in 2022. In all, The Wharf will total 3.2 million square feet and cost $2.5 billion.
