  • Description:
    • Known as The Standard, the mixed-use development is located about a half-mile southeast of Rutgers University’s main campus. It will boast contemporary, luxury apartments for students and young working professionals, featuring floor plan options ranging from studios to five bedrooms.
      
      The 303,758-square-foot, 21-story high-rise will create 186 units and 682 bedrooms of fully furnished apartments and amenities like study spaces, a fitness center and terraces. It will also include three levels of above-grade parking that accommodates 111 new parking spaces.
      
      The ground level of the development, totaling 2,000 square feet, will be reserved for commercial, office, retail spaces and public plaza walkways to capitalize on downtown New Brunswick’s heavy foot traffic and vibrant urban scene.
