    . We will end up doing this project in 2 phases. Can you give us a revised price accounting 2 phases?

  • Description:
    • We have been asked to bid on the SWIFT Building 9 TI project. Below is a link to the drawings and specs for your review. We are requesting that all bids be sent to my email no later than March 25th.   Please respond to this email after reviewing these plans to let me know if you plan to bid.  After reviewing the plans and specs please also email any RFIs.

      Architectural: Remodel of all existing café and driver center space to new Swift Standards. This
      
      will be a new open area with café and driver center layout with mid-high-level finishes and
      
      amenities. New amenities include theater, fitness center, and shower suits. 
      
       
      
      Mechanical: New mechanical typical for office and café. Refer to mechanical drawings. 
      
       
      
      Electrical: All new lighting in the throughout the building. Power to support the new utilities and
      
      layout of the new café and driver center space.
      
       
      
      Plumbing: New plumbing work typical for office and cafe. Refer to plumbing drawings.
      
       
      
      Structural: Provide raised platform for theater room and steel beams for big fans in outdoor
      
      
      THE SCOPE OF TENANT IMPROVEMENT WORK IS TO INCLUDE
