  • Description:
    • The Norwood Company, in association with Equus Capital Partners and FCA has commenced construction on a large build-to-suit office building at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA. The 380,000 square foot, five story facility is thought to be the largest new build-to-suit office building in suburban Philadelphia in more than a decade. The building will feature abundant glass with a grand two story lobby with a monumental stair and a glass bridge between the building’s two wings. Architectural features include glass end walls to promote natural light and glass “flyby” wings that accentuate the building corners. Amenities will include full cafeteria and dining services, a conference center, a fitness center, a coffee shop and fifth floor outdoor terrace. A separate 3 story, 817 stall parking garage will also be constructed. Completion is scheduled for Spring 2021.
