    Update 3: I just left you a message regarding final clean at 860 canal street in Stamford. We would like you to take a look at this list and walk the project site so you can revise your pricing based on what was actually constructed. Please let me know when you would like to come out.     Update 4: The site is incomplete.. If you are looking to price a final clean its best to either wait for the building to be substantially complete or just use the construction drawings. A site visit will not be any help to you at the moment. Certified Associate Constructor Date: December 20 2019
