      •             Building 2 (competitive BID) consists of a new 5-story residential building with 58 apartment units, construction is Type 5A wood framing over podium, with ground level parking garage and retail.  Exterior finishes include brick veneer, siding, vinyl windows, and storefront. 
      
      •             Building 3 (competitive BUDGET) consists of a new 5-story residential building with 71 apartment units, construction is Type 5A wood framing over podium with ground level parking garage and retail.
