  • Description:
    • Unit market rate apartment building with a partial steel and concrete composite podium on the first floor of the building and 5 stories of 3A wood framing above, wrapping a precast parking garage.  The project is adjacent to the Providence Town Center and will feature 12,000 sf of amenity areas and is targeted to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
