    Update 4: If we are awarded this project, it will need to be designed prior to construction so it will not be completed until late summer of 2022 at best. We also require union labor. Date: May 27 2020
    Update 5: There’s 9 months for design, 3 month hiatus while they finance, plus another 15 months for construction. Assuming they award in 1-2 months, we’ll need cleaning around Oct/Nov of 2022. Date: June 15 2020


  • Description:
    • Phase 4A of the Sharswood-Blumberg development consists of the demolition,
      (of 11 structures) design, permits and construction of 58 new construction rental units and a common community building space.
      The community building and residential units shall be designed in a vernacular of two to three story townhouses, duplexes and multi-unit buildings.
      The unit mix shall be the following:
      2 -Two bedroom townhouses, 24 -three bedroom townhouses, 7 -four bedroom townhouses, 1 -five bedroom townhouse, 4- four unit one bedroom multi-family buildings and 4 -two unit bedroom multi-family buildings for a total of 58 units.
      The development shall have 8 fully accessible units and 4 additional units that are for the vision and hearing impaired spread across the unit size types.
      
      Work includes but is not limited to:
      Testing, demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, metal, millwork, roofing, fire proofing, joint sealants, DFH, windows, drywall, carpentry, tile, flooring, paint, Div. 10, signage, appliances, and blinds.
      This is a union project.
      MBE/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to bid.
