  • Description:
    • Parramore Oaks is a 120,463 gross sqft. proposed new, tax credit multi-family development, consisting of 2 low rise buildings, which feature unconditioned breezeways, CMU block walls, vinyl plank floors, flat roof trusses, and post-tensioned concreted slab. Exterior finishes to be cement plaster and stone veneer.
      
      Construction Type: This tax-credit project consists of 91 multi-family apartment units of 11 variations, split among 2 low-rise wood frame buildings, one of which is to host an amenity clubhouse along with other common area spaces. The building mix includes: one 4 story building, sized 109,197 sqft and one 2 story building with common area, sized 11,266 sqft.

See the below link to the Parramore Oaks Phase II plan set for paint: We are having a meeting tomorrow to discuss comments from the city which may cause changes, and potentially revisions to these plans. There are currently only 7 ID sheets. We are hoping to break ground by the end of the first quarter of this year, but have not set a firm date at of yet.
