    As for Edgewater, that project is currently on hold, so lets not spin wheels on that right now

    I will also send you an invitation to bid for a hotel project in Miami called The Edgewater Hotel. I’d like to see if you could price glass for that project, as well. At the moment, I would say Ballpark is the higher priority, but Edgewater is breaking ground imminently, so both bids will be due within the next two weeks.

  • Description:
    • The Edgewater Hotel is an approximately 160,000 SF, 8-story, 207 unit hotel in Midtown Miami on the IHG Brand (Holiday Inn). This project is one of many upcoming hotels we are developing in Miami, and we think it will be a beautiful addition to the area.
      
      In addition to your proposal, we also ask that you provide a letter from your bonding company confirming your bonding capacity, a non-job specific COI, a copy of your W-9 and the completed Scope Sheet. This is part of our standard pre-qualification process, and we can only accept your proposal if we can confirm that you can meet our insurance standards. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, I will be happy to assist.
      
      We are currently waiting for permit issuance to proceed with this project and would absolutely like you to bid tile, carpet & LVT.  Chris McCarthy is my lead estimator on this project however he is out of the office today.  Let me ask him to forward you an ITB with the areas we are looking at flooring finishes (we do not have ID’s still).
