  • Description:
    • 1st Phase: Rough Clean. Windows, Bathrooms and Kitchens. 
      
      
      
      · 2nd Phase: Final Clean. After Punch is complete. A detailed Clean of the whole unit. Allotting an average of 2 hours per unit.
      
      
      
      · 3rd Phase: Touch-Up Clean after Walk-Through and Prior to move-in. Typically just hitting the floors and Counter tops (Flat surfaces) Allotting an average of 1 hour per unit. 
      
      
      
      1.Thoroughly sweep, vacuum and wet mop all floors.
      
      2.Detail clean all individual units.
      
      3.Detail clean all common areas, corridors, staircases.
      
      4.Detail clean fitness center, laundry, offices.
      
      5.Detail dust and wipe down all walls, baseboards, doors, surfaces, fixtures, vents, etc.
      
      6.Clean all interior glass surfaces inside; remove any stickers or labels.
      
      7.Clean Toilet Rooms and bathrooms - walls, floors, light lenses, toilets, sinks, counters, partitions, mirrors, fixtures and accessories; disinfect sinks and fixtures.
      
      8.Wipe down both sides and tops of all doors.
      
      9.Vacuum carpeting and similar soft surfaces, removing debris and excess nap.
      
      10.Vacuum clean all interior floor surfaces.
      
      11.Clean transparent materials, including mirrors and glass in doors.
      
      12.Remove glazing compounds and other noticeable, vision obscuring materials
      
      13.Polish mirrors and glass.
      
      14.Vacuum and damp wipe all cabinetry, casework and counter tops, inside and out.
      
      15.Wipe down all door frames.
      
      16.Wipe down pipe and equipment in mechanical rooms and fire sprinkler rooms.
      
      17.Wipe down all structure columns to 10 ' above finished floor.
      
      18.Remove any minor trash found in building.
      
      19.Wipe down all FRP and ceramic wall tile.
      
      20.Wipe down sanitary cove base.
      
      21.Clean storage closets.
      
      22.Detail Clean Kitchen:
      
      23.Clean appliances, hoods and vents.
      
      24.Clean and wipe down all stainless steel food preparation equipment and sinks; inside and out.
      
      25.Polish all stainless steel and plumbing fixtures
      
      26.Wash and shine counter tops. Clean all sinks, drains and ice bins
      
      27.Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and shelves.
      
      28.Clean storage closets. Clean all refrigerators and freezers including metal shelving.
      
      29.Clean and mop floor.
      
      30.Window cleaning - Inside and out, Wipe down all window framing, & Wipe down all tracks and window sills.
      
      31.Prior to final completion, conduct an inspection of sight-exposed interior surfaces and all work areas with construction manager to verify that entire Work is clean.
      
      32.Leave project clean and ready for occupancy.
