  • Description:
    • Construction of two new mixed use buildings in College Park, both wood over podium and consisting of 393 Apartment Units, 70,000 SF of retail, and two parking garages totaling 267,000 SF of parking. The projects includes an extensive sitework package. This project is located at the former site of the College Park Quality Inn on Route 1.
