  • Description:
    • Located in Gresham on NW Civic Dr & NW 13th, the project consists of 5 buildings over one contiguous below grade parking garage, totaling approximately 558,000 square feet. The roughly 4 acre site has nearly 400 underground parking spaces under a PT deck (Considered Building A) that holds 5 wood-framed buildings and a large public courtyard.
      
      The buildings consist of one 6-story building (5 over 1), one 3-story building (C), one 4-story building (D), and two 5-story buildings (E & F). The buildings in entirety feature over units comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Building B has a commercial retail space of approximately SF. Buildings B, C and D are figured as Market Rate while Buildings E & F are Workforce Housing targeting Earth Advantage Multifamily Gold.
