The buildings consist of one 6-story building (5 over 1), one 3-story building (C), one 4-story building (D), and two 5-story buildings (E & F). The buildings in entirety feature over units comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Building B has a commercial retail space of approximately SF. Buildings B, C and D are figured as Market Rate while Buildings E & F are Workforce Housing targeting Earth Advantage Multifamily Gold.
