hardison/downey has been selected as the General Contractor for Cimarron 161 and is preparing the Design Development Estimate. Cimarron 161 is located at 161 E 1st St. Mesa, AZ. The project will be an expansion of the existing Cimarron Community with an additional (62) units, within (1) 5-story building at the east side of the complex. It includes all associated shell and finish work, grading, infrastructure, paving and landscaping. We respectfully request your assistance in preparing the Design Development estimate and request that you provide a proposal for your scope of work based on the drawings dated 4/20/2020. At this point in the design phase there isn’t a significant amount of detail in order to prepare your estimate. Please make assumptions that are standard in the multi-family industry and clarify your assumptions on your proposal. Construction is anticipated to start 4th Quarter of 2020.
