      PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This is a Cahill job. The project consists of a sprinklered Type 1-B (concrete superstructure), nine-story mid-rise residential building, housing 130 affordable units ranging from studios to three-bedroom flats. The project also includes common rooms, management offices, laundry, lobby, circulation and supportive services spaces.
      
      LABOR REQUIREMENTS:  Union Labor required for carpenters, laborers, operating engineers only / Prevailing Wage and Local hiring requirements for all trades.
      
      The roughly 30,750-square-foot property at the corner of Geneva and San Jose avenues — known as the Upper Yard — is being used by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency as an employee parking lot.
