  • Description:
    • Interior remodel of the Arapahoe County admin building. Scope includes adding card readers at doors and elevators, new walls and doors to separate public space from employee only space, relocation of the reception/security desk, and updated window treatments.
      
      
      -This project is time critical and must be completed by December 20, 2020. Substantial Completion is December 1, 2020.
      -No work can occur in the lobby level (Level 2) from October 14, 2020 - November 5, 2020 due to election activity. 
      -Davis bacon wages need to be included on phase 1 work. Davis bacon wages do not need to be included on phase 2.
      -Work on the lobby level (Level 2) must be done after hours. 
      -Backgorund checks are required for anyone who is on site. 
      -Questions are due by September 8, 2020
