  • Description:
    • The project will create ft² of space for airline operations, retail and restaurant locations, customer hold rooms, and office space for tenants in addition to new public restrooms.
      
      Funded by passenger facility charges (PFCs) and local (Commission) funds, the project is expected to be complete in 15 months by March 2020.
      
      
      
      Scope of Work:
      
      Rough Cleaning
      
      • Sweep debris, trash, dust off of hard floors
      
      • Wipe Dust, debris, trash, etc. off of flat surfaces
      
      • Clean interior windows, sills and frames
      
      Final Cleaning
      
      • Vacuum Carpeted Areas
      
      • Sweep and mop Ceramic Floors
      
      • Sweep, mop and polish Terrazzo floors
      
      • Sweep and mop Finished Concrete Floors
      
      • Vacuum Static Dissipative Floors
      
      • Sweep and mop LVT Floors
      
      • Clean Restrooms (Clean sinks and fixtures, counter tops, mirrors, partitions, sanitize toilets,
      
      clean ceramic walls, lights and fixtures)
      
      • Clean doors and fixtures
      
      • Clean baseboards
      
      • Clean water fountains
      
      • Clean office glass

      • Cleans exterior windows, sills and frames (this will require some sort of equipment to reach the exterior windows, like a boom lift)

      W.M. Schlosser was awarded the Concourse A Extension project in October 2018. The project consists of a two story 60,000 square foot addition to the existing concourse. The new space will be used for airline operations, customer hold rooms, retail and restaurant locations, office space for tenants, and future expansion space. This extension creates additional overnight aircraft parking positions, allowing for future airline growth, and adds six gates, bringing the airport’s total gate count to 28. The concourse project is expected to be completed in May 2020.
      
      Major work items include: site work; selective demolition; structural concrete; architectural precast; masonry; structural steel; millwork; roofing and wall panels; curtain walls; finishes; elevators; plumbing and HVAC; sprinkler;  electrical, communications and electronic safety and security.
