Date: March 05 2020 Update 3: Painting has begun at Wake Robin, however one of the painters contracted pulled out and has left us with part of his scope to complete, namely the stairwells. If you have any site specific questions, please reach out to our site supervisor Leo Raposo – 519-209 Date: April 14 2020 Update 4: Sorry, I think there has been a miscommunication, as I stated that my Project Manager was in the process of vetting the quotes for the painting at the West End Condos. As of yesterday, we have awarded the contract to another contractor for this scope of work. Thank you for your quote, and sorry for any inconvenience. Painting has begun at Wake Robin, however one of the painters contracted pulled out and has left us with part of his scope to complete, namely the stairwells. Here are the drawings and scope for the Stairwells at Wake Robin in Kitchener. We would need a lump sum quote for the completion of the stairwells. Please breakdown the quote showing the cost per stairwell, with the following in mind: Steel railings - prep as required and apply finish coats Paint all steel brackets in stairwell to match other stairwells on site. One primer coat, two finish coats. Paint all precast concrete walls and caulking. One primer, two finish coats. Paint underside of precast stairs and interior face with one primer, 2 finish coats. Stair treads and risers are not painted. Paint ceiling same as walls one primer, 2 finish coats. Provide and install all required sealants/caulking for a complete painting job. Provide protection of all adjacent surfaces that are not scheduled for paint. i.e. drop sheets/tape. I was wondering if you were able to take a look at this. In addition to the stairwell scope, there may also be an opportunity to paint the concrete in the garage parking area.
