Phase I of this project will be located west of the existing building and will include the main 3-story building (approximately S.F), a 3-story addition (approximately 13,000 S.F), a playground, a storm water detention pond, a bus pick-up/drop-off area, a parent pick-up/drop-off area, and 167 parking spaces.
