    Typically our buildings are 3 story wood framed, 42,000 sf footprint, elevator shaft and masonry block foundation walls on top of trench poured footings.
    
    The Gateway Crossing project will have a brick veneer exterior.

    We did not really break ground yet, this job would be just getting into framing and rough ins likely late this year so there is time on this for scoping, bidding, etc. Your welcome to call me direct to discuss what you guys can offer anytime.

    Update 3: I am willing to accept bids on both at this time if the promise of their scopes considered together would help lock in the best price. Should be at least 6 weeks of work per job for the Mason awarded. Bardstown would be in the Winter 2020/2021 and Urton in the Spring 2021 time frames for masonry scopes of work. Date: May 07 2020

    • As discussed when you touched base a bit back I had some jobs coming for bid.
      
       
      
      Happy to send invitation to bid our next senior Housing projects to you for bidding if interested! This will be our 4th building in Louisville with a 5th that will come out to bid in just a month or so (Middletown area). Both are identical in terms of scope on Masonry in that they are 3-story, 122 apt buildings with 2 CMU fire walls.
