  • Description:
    • The project consists of the construction of a new BJ’s Wholesale Club, and MINOR site work as indicated on the drawings.  THE WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: Partial and Minor Sitework (See NOTES below), Foundations, Slabs, Structural Concrete, 12” Precast Concrete Panels (By BJ’s), Concrete Ready-Mix, Rebar and mesh, Polished concrete (By BJ’s), Masonry, Structural Steel, Ornamental Metals, Metal Stairs, Millwork, Carpentry, Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing, EIFS, Vinyl Siding, Building Insulation, Roof Accessories, Skylights, Fire Resistive Joint Systems, Joint Sealants, Doors & Hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors, Overhead Sectional Doors, Aluminum Entrances and Storefronts, Aluminum Windows, Automatic Entrance Doors, Metal Stud & Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Resilient Floor Tile, Carpeting, Painting, Overhead-Supported Canopies, Specialties, Toilet Compartments and Toilet Accessories, Loading Dock Equipment, Wheelchair lifts, Fixture and Equipment Installation, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical (including Fire Alarm).

      7.      Fixture Installation includes:
      a.      Unloading the racks and bringing them inside for installation by others.
