    Update 2:
    We are looking for subcontractor to perform the painting scope at Annapolis. Project recently started construction. Any chance you would be interested? Prevailing wage and certified payroll project. We would need a proposal back next Friday and we are looking to write a contract immediately. Project has begun construction. Work anticipated to start in late August/September.

    Update 3: Project is still moving. Painting anticipated start is August/September. I would need a more clear breakout of pricing labor and material. Any way you can work up a scope like this for the 6 duplexes, 4 single cabins and 1 support building? slabs are not poured. paint will be looked at in may ish . but not installed or mobilized until late aug Date: April 20 2020

      PROJECT DETAILS
      
      This proposal covers the specifications for the interiors and exteriors of the Cottages #2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 8A,
      
      8B, 9A, 9B.
      
      This proposal covers the specifications for the interiors and exteriors of the Cottages #1, 4, 7, and 10 ADA.
      
      The pricing listed below is for one (1) unit only.
      
      The major specifications of the project are as follows
      
       
      
      INTERIOR:
      
      1. Apply one (1) coat of primer and backroll to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, bathrooms, closets, doors, door frames,
      
      and window frames in the Great Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bedroom 1, Closet, Bedroom 2, Closet, Hall, and Hall
      
      Bathroom.
      
      2. Apply the same preparation and painting to the interior of the Mechanical Room.
      
      3. Apply two (2) coats of paint to all the ceilings, walls, baseboards, bathroom, closets, doors, door frames, and window
      
      frames in all the rooms listed above.
      
       
      
      EXTERIOR:
      
      3. Apply an ECO friendly light bleach solution or cleaner to remove the dirt on the entire exterior surfaces of the
      
      houses louvers, soffits, fascia, door, door frames. window frames, and railing.
      
      4. Apply two (2) coats of paint to the louvers, soffits, fascia, door, door frames. window frames, railing, and ceiling in
      
      the Patio.
      
      6. Drop Cloths on ALL concrete, deck, asphalt and porch areas.
      
      The total project cost includes labor and materials.
      
       
      
      SUPPORT BUILDING
      
      INTERIOR:
      
      1. Apply one (1) coat of primer and backroll to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, door frames, and window frames in the Break Room, Office, Communication Room, and Restroom.
      
      2. Apply the same preparation and painting to the interior of the Mechanical Room.
      
      3. Apply two (2) coats of paint to all the ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, door frames, and window frames in all the rooms listed above.
      
       
      
       
      
      EXTERIOR:
