      This is a new exciting large project that is negotiated with Wadman Corporation.
       
      The project consists of 2 building towers over a single subterranean parking garage. This is a 190 Unit Project
      
      Plans are not yet 100% however Wadman intends to select a full team based on this set. 
      
      A draft schedule is in the link below. The Concrete scope will start in June 2020 but most of the other trade work will start in 2021, which would be a great backlog for many. 
       
      Each Tower is to be bid separate and may be awarded separately. You also do not have to submit on both.
